Welcome to Ungatekept.net, the forum of hard techno and underground electronic music.
Our mission is to create an open, inclusive space for everyone passionate about this music. Whether you're a DJ, a bedroom producer, or someone who just discovered their first set at 4 a.m., this is your home.
Why We Exist? Electronic music is built on innovation, connection, and rebellion against the norm. Yet, too often, these genres are full of snobs and gatekeepers— toxic people that stifle creativity and exclude newcomers.
We say:
- No to elitism. "The only real techno artist is my cousin who has 3 monthly plays in his 200iq-desingned-for tracks on Bandcamp"
- No to “real techno” purists. "Real techno is only what I listened to 20 years ago when I was 20"
- No to shutting down fresh ideas. "Sorry mate but the techno police forbids listening to Numb_Linkin_Park_Hard_TeChNo_remxxx.wav"
Music evolves. And we should too.
